i had a smashing time, it felt so fancy!
helpful staff customer service spacious room
the staff was mega helpful and quick, especially in the restaurant. it's obvious that they care about the hotel and make sure we get great customer service. i really liked how big and comfy the restaurant was, perfect for a quiet meeting. the rooms were so spacious. the hot water was a major win!
underwhelming vibes hit me right away with peeling paint outside. i asked before if i could send something to pick up later, but nobody seemed to know anything.

the hotel is a quick fifteen minute walk from the train station. it is located in a area that felt safe and accessible, it made travel easy. the closeness to transportation was definitely a highlight!

The room had a comfortable king size bed! and the bathroom included complimentary toiletries, a nice touch. the on-site restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet with many options! i really liked the fresh pastries and fruit. also, parking was available on the premises. This made arrival and departure easy
The gym equipment looked a little outdated. It could use some maintenance

broken thermostat missing remote
The room was clean and cozy, useful for a night before picking up family from the airport.
The tv had no remote, SO I had to watch on my phone. American tourists woke me up twice SCREAMING in the hallway. the ac and heater thermostat was broken, leaving the room cold instead of hot. Staff did nothing after I told them.
